Vertex Building Maintenance provides visual exterior building inspections for high-rise and difficult-access structures throughout Kingston and Southeastern Ontario.

Using rope access systems and specialized access methods, our technicians safely access exterior areas that are often difficult to inspect using conventional equipment. This allows for close visual assessment of building components while minimizing disruption to residents and daily operations.
